Request A Session

I recommend that you Contact Me in order for you to know whether or not this work is right for you. I will do my best to answer your questions and put you at ease before your first session.

Text or Email works best to arrange a free 15-minute phone consultation, at which time we can discuss your health concerns and know better if we are a good fit.

You may also leave a phone message at 360-900-3247. I return text and phone messages within 24 hours or less. Replies to email messages may take longer.

How long will I need treatment?

This varies according to severity, duration and the intensity of your condition and overall health. Here are a few possible scenarios:

    • Acute Pain Relief: 8 - 12 treatments over the course of 2 months.
    • Corrective Care for a Long-standing Condition: 4 - 8 treatment per month, until the condition is resolved.
    • Wellness Maintenance / Preventative Care: 1 - 2 treatments per month, on-going basis.

Your treatment plan also depends on whether it's an acute (new) condition, or a chronic (long-standing) condition:

    • Acute conditions:  A smaller number of treatments, spaced closer together (ie. 2x/week for a total of 4 - 8 treatments).
    • Chronic conditions: A longer course of care with treatments initially spaced at 2x/wk, then tapering down to 1x/wk every other week, etc. over 3 - 4 months.

Success with acupuncture treatment is a process. It is not a single treatment event. Those who respond well to treatment have made a commitment to a course of treatment over a prescribed period of time.
